Experience the Key West Express During Your Naples Vacation

What is the Key West Express?

One of the best ways to see Florida during your stay in a Naples vacation rental is to board the Key West Express, a jet-powered catamaran that takes you to various points of interest throughout popular tourist destinations outside of Naples. Save on gas and parking by simply hopping aboard the Key West Express!

It departs daily from Ft. Myers Beach and Marco Island. The catamarans are air-conditioned with exterior sun decks, couches, reclining seating, and tables. It also has a galley where you can take advantage of the full-service bar, and watch satellite television. Passengers can expect to spend approximately 3.5 hours traveling aboard the Key West Express. The weather in Naples will also determine the exact time of the boat ride, but typically, you can plan on a 3.5-hour ride.

Passengers can spend as much time as they would like exploring Key and return to Naples whenever they choose. This really is the best way to get to and from Key West, Marco Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Sit back, relax, and take it all in while you leave the driving to our boat captain!

Where Does It Go?

The Key West Express takes you to Key West, Marco Island, and Fort Myers Beach.

In Key West, passengers can enjoy shopping, watersports, festivals, historic sites, and beautiful beaches. To see Key West, you might enjoy the Conch Train, a 90-minute sightseeing tour, or renting a bicycle, to see the sights of Key West. Also located here are the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, Mel Fisher Maritime Museum, and Butterfly Conservatory. Walk down the famous Duval Street, and shop some of its boutique shops and dine at some of its local restaurants, such as Captain Tony’s Saloon.

When visiting Fort Myers Beach, you can take in the lovely sunsets or make a trip to Sanibel Island, where you’ll discover white-sand beaches. While Fort Myers Beach is known for its beachside activities, visitors also enjoy the Murder Mystery Dinner Train and The Shell Factory & Nature Park.

If Marco Island is your destination, you can enjoy a visit to the Naples Zoo, the Everglades Wonder Gardens, Captain Jack’s Airboat Tours, or Tigertail Beach. You’ll also discover many restaurants serving up local cuisine, fresh seafood.

If you’re planning on being in Naples for an extended amount of time, we encourage you to visit all three destinations! Since our rentals are close to the airports near Naples and each of these locations, you can easily get wherever you want to go.
